King Boston, the New Democracy Coalition, Black Mass Coalition & Encuentro Diaspora Afro, in partnership with DS4SI, launch The Boston Reparations Lab which will feature:
- An introduction to the Boston Harm Report
- Performances by local Boston artists
- Hands-on Workshops, including yoga, mending and repair, nourishment as healing, etc.
- Discussion on reparations as a tool for transformative justice
We invite you to join us on Saturday, October 1st from 12-4PM at the DS4SI Design Gym in Dorchester, to lend your voice to the vision of Reparations in Boston in preparation for the October City-Council session on Docket #0239 Reparations later that month. This event is intergenerational, centers the voices and experiences of Black Bostonians, and is open to all.
