EMBRACE HONORS MLK
ONE NIGHT. ONE BOSTON. FIFTH ANNUAL CELEBRATION.
Join Embrace Boston for the fifth annual Embrace Honors MLK, a celebration of the people, culture, and connections that bring our city together. This year’s theme, One Night. One Boston., invites us to celebrate across neighborhoods, generations, and experiences through the universal language of music, the joy of gathering, and the power of community.
Taking place at Roadrunner, this year’s celebration will feature a special guest headliner and honor the enduring legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. alongside the centennial of Mrs. Coretta Scott King. As part of the MLK Weekend coalition, Embrace Boston will also recognize changemakers whose leadership and contributions continue to advance justice and strengthen our communities.
Come celebrate Black culture, honor those moving our communities forward, and experience a night of music, connection, and collective joy. One night. One Boston. Be part of it.
Honoring Mrs. Coretta Scott King
Presented by Embrace as part of the MLK Weekend coalition, the fifth annual Embrace Honors MLK celebrates the centennial of Mrs. Coretta Scott King, honoring her enduring legacy as a civil and human rights advocate, institution builder, and artist who connected music with social change. With deep ties to Boston, where she studied at the New England Conservatory, Mrs. King demonstrated the power of culture to advance justice.
