Our research explores how, in a society textured by systemic inequity, belonging can be nurtured and differences can be bridged. We use data to identify effective strategies for creating systems-level change that is based in the strengths of people of color. Our research provides counterpressure to the deficit approaches to understanding marginalized communities.
